SmartCard offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please note that cards may have some scratches on the surface due to the material they are made of. Cards with customised designs may have some imperfections (small spots, white borders) due to printer specifics.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Subscription prices are in Indian rupees. Your subscription will not expire, but renew automatically into the next subscription period. By purchasing an annual subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed.

You may cancel your annual subscription any time before the next billing cycle. If we don't receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. If we don't receive payment before the due date mentioned in your notification email, your account will be blocked.

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by sending an email to contact@infibitecards.com.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such third-party materials or websites, and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, products, or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Infibite Solutions Private Limited and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by cancelling your subscription or notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

We do not accept returns. If your Smart Card is damaged you may be eligible for a replacement, not a refund. We do not provide a refund if our product or service does not meet your expectations based on your unknowledge of the product/service. Please read the information about the services and products provided by Infibite Solutions Private Limited on our website before making your purchase.

The product is to be examined by the customer immediately on receipt. If your product appears to be faulty due to software or application malfunction you may be eligible for a replacement. If you received a damaged or faulty card, it should be indicated immediately after knowledge of these has been acquired — by emailing contact@infibitecards.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for card replacement you would have to provide proof that it is damaged or faulty. Please note that the card will not be replaced if it is not compatible with your phone or if your phone is facing issues with NFC, browser, QR scanning, etc. We do not take responsibility for customer errors or inability to visualise the final product.

Infibite Solutions Private Limited does not take responsibility for couriers and shipping services. We guarantee to complete the production within 3 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases. Any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.

We do not take responsibility if you put a wrong address when completing your order. Once your product is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. We do not guarantee delivery dates or timely updates on the shipping carrier website. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
